Grievance Procedure
The California Board of Chiropractic Examiners has approved the QUANTUM VERITAS International University Systems Continuing Education Course for re-licensure credit in California. Fees may be required for submission to additional states. The university reserves the right to change the locations, dates, and times and cancel the seminars. Pre-registered attendees will be notified of changes.
Grievance Policy Resolution
At QUANTUM~VERITAS International University Systems, we foster a spirit of openness and cooperation, encouraging personal growth. We have a grievance procedure in place to ensure your concerns are addressed. Grievance requests must be received in writing or by email within ten days of the grievance. A full grievance description must be submitted to the Director of Continuing Education in writing. Students with grievances are encouraged to approach the person involved, state the problem, express their feelings about the situation, and attempt to work through the issue with the person, whether it be faculty or fellow students.
If this proves unsatisfactory, the next level involves staff involvement or the Director of Continuing Education. Should this not be resolved, every effort will be made to address your grievance. If it cannot be resolved directly or through a roundtable discussion, we value your voice and ask that you submit it in writing to the President of QVIUS.
Reasons for grievance may include any of the following:
- The tuition fee may be waived, refunded, or returned.
- No action is taken; tuition fees may stand as advertised.
- You can either be refunded or receive credit for a future seminar date.
All refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Refund requests are usually processed immediately but could take up to 2-3 weeks processing time. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card or, if cash or check, refunded as a check.
