JUANEE SURPRISE, DC,DAAPM,FAAIM Dean of the College of Clinical Nutrition for QVIUS. As lead instructor for several nutrition diplomate programs, Dr. Surprise has written the syllabus and taught several of the classes for more that 10 years. Her expertise, teaching style and willingness to help each student learn has earned her high evaluations from the students. Board certified in both pain management and clinical nutrition, Dr. Surprise is in private practice in Denton, TX. RAY BAYLEY, DC. A graduate of the University of Rochester in New York and National University for Health Sciences, Dr. Bayley has taught nutrition at both under and post graduate levels. His Unique ability to make complex information understandable in invaluable to the student of nutrition. Dr. Bayley practices in Chicago where he also works with HIV/Aids and cancer patients. SUSAN ST.CLAIRE, DC, MS, DACBN, A full-time faculty member at Palmer West, Dr. St.Claire has both a master degrees and a diplomate in nutrition which she currently teaches at the college. In addition to private practice, she also teaches various classes for organizations around the country. JEANNE D'BRANDT, DC, CCN, DACBN, A Certified Herbalist, Dr. D'Brandt has taught herbology and nutrition for several years. Her varied knowledge and clinical experience from private practice shows in sharing information and protocols with students. MITCHELL PEARCE, MS, DC, DACBN, L.Ac, With advanced degrees in both acupuncture and nutrition, Dr. Pearce has used both in his practice with success.
