This seminar covers the best questionnaires to use for patient intake, how to review information and prepare for the face-to-face consultation and components found in the typical chiropractic examination, most of the exam is specified to review of systems and accessing the common sighs as seen in nutrition deficiencies, insufficiencies and excesses. A practical portion of the class will allow attendees to actually practice much of the examination procedure
